Alternative Primary School (APS) Daycare and Nursery is a licensed not-for-profit child care centre that has been in operation for since 1979. We provide a wide range of programs for children 2 1/2 to 12 years of age.  We are located within North Preparatory Junior Public School and are licensed for a  capacity of 120 children.  Our goal is to provide an environment that both compliments and enhances our children's school day.
APS Daycare and Nursery is licensed by the Ministry of Education, under the Day Nurseries Act. APS has a purchase of service agreement with the City of Toronto Children’s Services which permits us to accept subsidized children.
